Michael J. Martin, MD, MPH, MBA
Dr. Michael Martin is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco, Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics. His research includes the relationship of cholesterol levels to heart disease, the effects of passive smoking on heart disease, sunlight’s aging effects on the skin, and the excessive use of antibiotics in animal agriculture. He also sees patients in the General Medicine Clinic at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. Dr. Martin completed his medical training at the University of Chicago, his Internal Medicine Residency at Yale, and his Clinical Epidemiology Fellowship at UCSF. He received both an MBA and MPH from the University of California, Berkeley.

Todd L. Sack, MD, FACP
Dr. Todd Sack is a national and international expert on issues related to health, climate change and energy policy. He serves on the Board of Directors of Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR) and was twice appointed by Sen. Rubio to the Florida state Energy Commission where he chaired the Climate Change Advisory Group. Dr. Sack edits www.MyGreenDoctor.org, a free service for medical offices and outpatient facilities. It brings topics of climate change and environmental sustainability to health professionals and patients. This service has been used in 46 countries and 33 US states. Dr. Sack has practiced gastroenterology for 30+ years and is Medical Director for “We Care at Borland-Groover Clinic” caring for the uninsured. Dr. Sack attended Yale College and graduated with honors from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine.

Thomas Newman, MD, MPH
Dr. Thomas Newman is Professor Emeritus at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), in both the Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics and the Department of Pediatrics. His research deploys methods of epidemiology to investigate clinical issues in pediatrics, such as jaundice and infections in newborn babies, urinary tract infections and cholesterol screening. Dr. Newman has a long-term interest in teaching clinical research methods and is coauthor of two textbooks: Designing Clinical Research (4th edition, by Stephen Hulley et al) and Evidence-Based Diagnosis (with Dr. Michael Kohn, 2nd edition forthcoming). He has published/co-published over 100 medical research articles in key journals. Dr. Newman received his M.D. from the School of Medicine, University of California in San Diego, and completed a residency at UCSF.

Eugene Rosov
Eugene (Gene) Rosov grew up in New York City and started playing the ‘cello professionally at the age of 12 while attending Stuyvesant High School. At 16, he went to Harvard College, where he studied Renaissance literature, founded a residential chamber music school in New Hampshire, formed a national chamber music organization (Chamber Music America), and persuaded the National Endowment to form a chamber music funding program. Gene's water analysis laboratory discovered huge quantities of lead in American drinking water, and his testimonies in both Houses of Congress helped to change the rules and laws on drinking water. In 1990, Gene created the first prepaid phone card company in America, launching a revolution in long-distance telephone costs. In 2000, Gene launched Talk Visual Corporation on the NASDAQ stock exchange, ushering in a new world of videoconferencing over the Internet. Gene currently runs a pharmaceutical development company devoted to curing and preventing respiratory viral diseases like COVID-19 and also improving the intelligence of youngsters and adults. Gene lives in Miami, Florida and has 3 children and numerous grandchildren scattered around the U.S.
Director, Climate & Health Initiatives
Tyler Cobb
Tyler Cobb is the Director of Climate & Health Initiatives at Physicians Against Red Meat (PhARM). In this role, he leads the development of education on the adverse health and environmental impacts of red meat. Prior to joining PhARM, Tyler worked as a Project Manager for The Prysm Institute, an international healthcare, life science, and technology business accelerator. Concurrently, he was a Researcher at Umoja Supply Chain Solutions in their Food For Health division, an organization united in the fight for equity and expanding access to medically- and culturally-tailored, nutritious food. Tyler is pursuing a Master of Public Health in Climate and Health at The George Washington University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from California Baptist University.
Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Ritika Garg, MBA
Ritika Garg is the Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Physicians Against Red Meat (PhARM). In this role, she focuses on expanding PhARM's outreach efforts to raise awareness about the adverse health and environmental impacts of red meat. Ritika brings a diverse skill set to her role. Previously, she worked as a Product Marketing Specialist at RTDS, gaining experience in strategic planning and execution. Ritika's proficiency lies in crafting product roadmaps and optimizing marketing strategies. Ritika holds an MBA from FORE School of Management in India.
