A study published in the International Journal of Epidemiology found that “Higher intakes of dairy milk were associated with greater risk of breast cancer….Current guidelines for dairy milk consumption could be viewed with some caution.”
Women who “reported drinking just eight ounces a day” of cows’ milk had a 50% higher risk of breast cancer. And “those who consumed 2-3 glasses…escalated their risk by up to 80%” compared to non-drinkers.”
According to “Nutrition Studies,” “if a person has an inherent 12% risk (the average), she can increase that risk by half simply by sipping one cows’ milk latte or dairy-based smoothie a day.”
